  1. While reading, we obligate our brain to think, order ideas, relate concepts, exercise our memory, and imagine, which lead us to improve our intellectual capacity stimulating our neurons.
  2. Reading delays and prevents memory loss, decreasing the appearance of diseases related with it, like Alzheimer.
  3. Reading, especially fiction, can help us decrease our stress level, that can cause us some neurological ailments such as headaches, epilepsy or sleeping disorders.
